       To the doc, I have been trying for some of the legendary dragons like the lunar eclipse dragon ever since they released it, however I have not been able to get them. I breed the right dragons using the guide, and I am on the game at least 3 times a day. Why can’t I get these dragons? I’m level 35 and have been playing for over a year. Please explain why I am unable to get these dragons!

         There is no explanation besides “It’s all luck”. Your level, level of dragons, order of dragons, time of day.. .none of that seems to matter. You are doing all you CAN do by trying the combos as often as you can.

    About the Blue moon breeding. I bred two dragons together around this Christmas, hoping to get a sun or moon dragon. But instead, I got a blue moon dragon. But this website says it is only available between September 7th and 10th

      That’s because BackFlip Studios made ALL dragons breedable for a limited time around the holidays. The Blue Moon will no longer be breeadable again soon.

      I have been getting moons, golds, leap years, blue moons, eclipses of all sorts and suns of all sorts like crazy! Only one gem :(,

    I noticed that all of the opposites are gone from the egg lists. (Opposites as in elemental opposites like sandstorm or current) I have no clue why though. Does anyone know why?

      The best way I have found to level up is racing. But even that can be slow.

      There is no doubt that this game is designed to be a money eater. I am in total denial about what I’ve spent on gems.

      I thinks that may be a ruby or garnet I’m thinking garnet ….u can go to doc mcensteins website and see all the eggs and epic form dragons with the time in ubations and everything ..really cool website

    I have found that breeding a mine dragon and a fire works if u want a silver dragon.

    I just started this addictive game and I guess I’ve been lucky. I have a peridot, blue moon and leap year which are all supposedly not available now. I also raced and spun enough to get Kairos. So far I have over 50?dragons and keep selling the rust ones I breed ( short ) to make constant money. Rust and quicksilver ensures you get either rust in 4 1/2 hrs in upgraded breeding or platinum in 46 . Great way to finance expansion by keeping every other platinum and selling odd ones for 6 mill per.
    Use the island to mix and match and build diversity

    I don’t know about anyone else but it seems to me they really opened the flood gates this weekend. I bred a garnet, sapphire, ruby, topaz. eclipse, and a few others.(not gems) Could never get a pearl, opal, or peridot. Seasonal, Sandstorm, and frostfire have also been impossible. Anyone else have any luck with these?

      This game IS iPhone crack. But I finally have most of the dragons I was trying for.

      Just let me know if you get back into it.

      In the meantime I have one “gem for gem” spot open. I play several times a day so if anyone else. Wants to
      trade “Frecklezz” (without the quotes) is my game center id.

      I also have most of the eggs on display so if you have one incubating and want to know what it is you can find it on my island and hit “?” and the description will tell you.

        Yeah I’m maxed out at 40 and want another island and more habatas. Right now I quit growing food and spending money. Till they rase the level, so I will not wast exp.

      I agree with the new levels, maybe a new Legendary Dragon and of course a new island, however remember there are other challenges in the game as well. The shrines can be turned to silver as well as gold after that. There are eight shines and it has taken me a little time but today I have finally reached my goal of all eight turned to gold. Now if that Amethyst dragon would only come for me!!! Lol
