   Question. Maybe I’m remembering wrong, but when did it get more difficult to breed epic dragons? In the past, say, if you had two seasonal dragons and bred them, you got another seasonal dragon (I like collecting eggs as well as dragons, y’see). Now, if I breed two seasonal dragons, I get anything! When did this happen? Am increasingly losing faith in dragonvale 🙁 it’s becoming more about getting you to buy gems 🙁

   I was playing my game this morning on my phone and it blacked out when I finally got it back up it started me over at the beginning is there a way to get my game back really don’t want to start over.

     This happened to me, what you need to do, is sign-in using your facebook account. If you did not sync it up with your facebook account I do not know if you can get it back.

     Just ‘re login to ur Facebook n ur game should. Reload but just fyi my son’s phone did that n even with him relogining in his game was still gone but mine did that and it took a.few days to reset for whatever reason but normally now that’s all u gotta do is reliving good luck

   Does anyone know if you have a dragon that the is limited time will it’s egg still hatch if it is in your Nursery when the timer on dragon runs out. I finally got Ruby dragon but can’t finish breeding and hatching before the timer will run out. I also do not have the gems to speed it up? It will be in my Nursery about 20 hours before timer runs out.

     Once it is bred — i.e. you got 31 hrs breeding the right combo — you will get the dragon regardless of time limits

     Once you have the egg it will hatch, time limit doesn’t matter if you have the egg.

    Does anyone know if combos Simmer & Nectar or light and water actually produce a Prism dragon . I can only get a lotus dragon more than 66 percent of time. Suggestions? Thanks

      Yes, Water and Light do work for a Prism but it takes a while. I also got one with Rain and Light

    I know it usually Doc combos are very consistent but it sure producing lotus results . It seems just more time than normal

      Guys, I have no idea how this even happened, but by breeding level 11 Blazing with level 11 Storm, I got a Snowy Silver!!! Just for a tip, that’s how to get one. No wonder it took over 2 days to breed…

    Something happened with the friends I used to trade gems with. I can no longer give them gems back for some reason. I can accept their gems and I can return gems to one person but not the other (give gems button is faded-out and doesn’t work). Both of these folks are still appearing in my game center and on my friends tab from time to time, but the swapping action isn’t working properly. Can anyone help?

      If you upgraded to ios8 that is the problem. That happened to me. I reported problem and was told they are working on a fix.

      Try giving one gem and collecting one and the exit the gifts screen. Wait for one gem to disappear off of your gem tree and then go back into the gifts screen and do this again. This has allowed me to gift my usual 6 gems and collect from the 6 that I gifted to. I have more to collect but try to gift to everyone that sends me one. It just takes time to get to everyone.

    Can anyone tell me why it is Oct. 13 and even though an add for the candy bash keeps showing up saying its starting on Oct. 9, it still has yet to start on my game? Why? It took a couple days for my twilight festival to finally start but I mean come on its four days late. What should I do?

      Try updating the dragonvale app in your app store. That’s usually what I have to do.

    I have been trying for a couple of months to get special dragons and have gotten nothing. This is so frustrating. I spend months trying for the same dragon and always get nothing but regular off-spring. I refuse to purchase gems for dragons that cost thousands of gems. That’s rediculous. I know they are just trying to get folks to spend money. This is my second year trying for a zombie and still no luck. No luck also with the othe Halloween dragons. It’s it me or the game?

      Hi, I hope you will have better luck soon. My understanding is that if you have level 11 dragons for breeding it will increase your odds of getting the dragon you want. I read somewhere that level 16 dragons help you get a more rare dragon, but I’m not sure if that is true or not. But, I’ve gone ahead and fed the dragons I want to breed to level 16 just for “the heck of it.” So far it’s been working out ok. Also, I breed the dragons I really want on the upgraded breeding island first. If there is a second suggestion for breeding pairs, I breed them on the little breeding cave. But, for my best luck, I’ve been collecting two of each dragon. That way if I really want to get a new dragon, I can breed the best pair in the breeding island and the breeding cave. It takes a long time to get two of each dragon, and you need to upgrade your hibernation cave to keep all of them, but it’s worth it. I hope this helps!

    Any way you coul add a list of breeding times somewhere? I bred paper and sulphur and have to wait 37 hours and 36 minutes to see what it is – the weird wait time has me curious ????

    Thanks for the comments. I’ve been using 16 to 18 level dragons and always in the upgraded breeding cave. It just amazes me that over and over and over again I get the same dragons and never the ones I’m trying for. It was not this difficult last year. I try for weeks at a time and nothing. October is over after tomorrow, so I’ve literally spent a month trying to get two Dragons eith no luck. Just blowing off steam. I’d feel better if I got at least one that I’m trying for.

    Finally!!! I got a zombie dragon on Halloween eve. I couldn’t believe it after all this time and trying too many times to count. The GREAT PUMPKIN was watching over me. I also have a nightmare dragon about to hatch. My faith in dragonvale has been restored

    I bought a new Tablet (Odys Intellilab 7) with Android 4.4.2 (Kit Kat).
    And now i can’t load my Facebook Park on Dragonvale.
    If a start with a new park, it works.
    But if i try to load my Facebook Park it stops loading in the middle of the progress bar
    and kicks me out of the loading screen and i get back to my homescreen.
    What to do?

    To get a Nesferatu dragon, breed a ghost dragon with a bone dragon after 7pm and before 7 am. Worked first try for me. Good luck.

    For those of you who did not know you can get a Dark Rift dragon by breeding Mirage and Hypnotic dragons. I’ve already hached two Dark Rift Dragons and displayed one this week but like all tge other special event dragons it ends on the 18th. So if you don’t have one give it a shot.
